Report Street Potholes/Damage
Hate that pothole on your street? Tired of looking at damaged city signs, litter, downed limbs or other state highway or interstate maintenance issues? You can directly report issues to the appropriate ODOT Field Division office. Click here to report a problem. Be sure to include the county, highway and nearest intersection or mile marker so the city can locate it.

Dues
Dues are $340 per house, due by January 31 each year. Household may opt to pay half ($170) of their dues in January and the second half ($170) by May 31.
Residents who have not paid their dues will not have access to the pool or clubhouse, and if payment continues to be delinquent, may have a lien placed on their property. Those living in the gated section, Phase IV, pay $440 per household. The extra amount covers the maintenance of the gate and roads. Dues must be submitted to Neighborhood Services. Board Members do not collect dues.
